How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is 100% FREE on all orders to our main international destinations.

Are your teethers and accessories safe for babies?
Absolutely. Safety is our number one priority. All our teethers are made from non-toxic, 100% food-grade silicone and are completely BPA-Free, Phthalate-Free, and Lead-Free.
Should I wash the teethers before the first use?
Yes, we highly recommend washing all teething accessories with warm water and mild baby soap before giving them to your child.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) securely processed through Stripe.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@nubikid.store within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, teethers and pacifiers cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened, unless they arrived defective.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please take a photo of the damaged item and email it to us at support@nubikid.store. We will immediately send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.
